The big dip is the scheduled maintenance, which seemed to have gone as planned.

    I love the way that the shape of the curve continues *even when* SL is down for maintenance. I imagine 45,000 to 50,000 people surfing the web for articles about SL, and then the instant it is back up, they all log in at once.
